WaiCath (Waikato Catholic) is a group for students and staff at the University of Waikato.
WaiCath helps and supports its members with workshops of formation, and social events (including regular BBQ's, and occasional sporting activities, excursions, and informal gatherings).
WaiCath takes its inspiration from the Teachings of the Catholic Church, and aims to make Campus life more fulfilling for its members.
WaiCath works in conjunction with the Catholic Chaplaincy, located at the Lady Goodfellow Chapel.
WaiCath also endeavours to encourage the intellectual life of its members with Seminars on current events, and topics of a philisophical and theological nature.
